Vinyasa YOGA AT Mahwah Yoga

This is a Yoga class in which the poses are synchronized with movement focusing on balance, strength and flexibility. vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. Vinyasa yoga has both mental and physical benefits, as it works to re-energize the body. Synchronized breathing is used to relax the mind, while the physical moves are meant to expel toxins through sweat. Vinyasa is a good option for yoga beginners and can be practiced at all ranges of difficulty. Sun salutations are one of the most common poses, but the sequences can vary depending on the instructor and the difficulty level. .
