Vinyasa yoga has both mental and physical benefits, as it works to re-energize the body. Synchronized breathing is used to relax the mind, while the physical moves are meant to expel toxins through sweat. Sun salutations are one of the most common poses, but the sequences can vary depending on the instructor and the difficulty level. More on Vinyasa Yoga.
