Learn to connect with your breath, be present to the life force in your body and enjoy a time to re-establish rhythm in your life. It is an opportunity to create a stillness within yourself where you do not react to the unceasing flow of the mind.

  • ...you bring your own mat, if you do not have a mat, you may purchase one at the studio for purchase.
  • ...you do not eat a heavy meal, one hour prior to taking a class, though a light snack is fine.

  • ...you please advise us of any special needs, limitations or injuries that need to be addressed, prior to each practice, that will affect your yoga experience.
